Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mello gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
